I, as probably most creatives, am a big fan of BBH. They just launched their new site. Worth a look, even if you're not interested in their work, the website is very clean, simple, and looks great.
Also, take a look at last years graduate recruitment advert. Very good acting by the ginger kid.

It is a great ad, I am amazed at how the kid memorized all that.
