Honda: do, keep doing, do some more



Nice short animation for Honda, it's not "hate something" but I do like it a lot. Let me know your thoughts on this one.

I think it is yes! Actually I think the company voice is always the same one on all the TV ads.

Ah, I knew it was the voice. It bothers me also because it is Garrison Keillor and his own work is distinctively folksy and so this feels as if his persona and story-telling style is being forced on the brand. Doesn't work for me.

I like the voice, it gives a reassuring tone to the brand. However, it's not the first time I've heard people criticize the voice. Maybe it's a "Marmite" case, you either love it or hate it.
