Wich office do you want to work for? Sidney? I work in Portugal, so the market isn't the same, however I can asure you, anywhere in the world, it's going to be a lot of hard work, lots of sleepless nights, weekends lost. I think it is very important to have something, hobby, family, to disconnect you from all the stress.

I think, and this is what I try to do with my blog, it is essential to look at things outside the real of advertising. You never have to many references.
Whenever you have spare time at work, go on the internet, look at what's new, look at the old stuff to, find the things you like, appreciate the ones you don't like.
